Invoisync runs well. I own 8%, my residuals on the clients I’ve signed continue, and I step back from new sales when I take a role. That makes me stable, not split.
What I want next is to build a partnerships function inside a company with a real market: carry a number, open the hard accounts, and build the team and the playbook that keep it growing.
When purchased leads stopped producing, I designed Invoisync’s outbound system myself. I made every call on what it does, what it’s allowed to do and what it costs. I used Claude as my engineer: it wrote most of the code and workflow logic while I specified, tested and fixed. I run it, and when a job fails the alert comes to my phone.

“He will be your best salesperson before too long and if you need him to direct/build a sales team he can do that with equal skill… I have worked with, and for, some amazing salespeople and leaders in the past but he is by far and away the best.”
Based in Colorado Springs. I travel for work most weeks and like it.
